Litsea albescens merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Himalaya timur hingga Tibet tenggara dan Myanmar. Nama ilmiah Litsea albescens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joseph Dalton Hooker pada tahun 1984.
