Litsea australis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Queensland tenggara hingga New South Wales timur. Nama ilmiah Litsea australis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bernard Patrick Matthew Hyland pada tahun 1989.
