Lobelia barnsii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Campanulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah São Tomé. Nama ilmiah Lobelia barnsii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Arthur Wallis Exell pada tahun 1944.
