Lophogyne lacunosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Podostemaceae yang dapat tumbuh di media yang tergenang air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil tenggara. Nama ilmiah Lophogyne lacunosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Gardner pada tahun 2011.
