Lophophora diffusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Querétaro hingga Hidalgo). Nama ilmiah Lophophora diffusa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Léon Camille Marius Croizat pada tahun 1967.
