Lotononis strigillosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Namibia hingga Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Lotononis strigillosa diperkenalkan oleh Hermann Merxmüller pada tahun 1960.
