Lotus halophilus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mediterania hingga Iran dan Jazirah Arab. Nama ilmiah Lotus halophilus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1843.
