Lotus strictus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim atau menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bulgaria timur hingga Siberia barat daya dan Kaukasia. Nama ilmiah Lotus strictus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Ernst Ludwig von Fischer pada tahun 1835.
