Lotus villicarpus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Maroko. Nama ilmiah Lotus villicarpus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gábor Andreánszky pada tahun 1938.
