Ludwigia decurrens merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Onagraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Amerika. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan wingleaf primrose-willow. Nama ilmiah Ludwigia decurrens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Thomas Walter pada tahun 1788.
