Lupinus lanatus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil selatan hingga Argentina timur laut. Nama ilmiah Lupinus lanatus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 1859.
