Luzula forsteri subsp. caspica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Türkiye timur laut hingga Iran barat laut. Nama ilmiah Luzula forsteri subsp. caspica pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1990.
