Lychnocephalus sellovii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Lychnocephalus sellovii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Heinrich "Bipontinus" Schultz pada tahun 2019.
