Lycopodiella lateralis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia timur dan tenggara, Selandia Baru, Kaledonia Baru. Nama ilmiah Lycopodiella lateralis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Brown pada tahun 1987.
