Lycopodium annotinum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa hingga Rusia Timur Jauh, Amerika Utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan stiff clubmoss. Nama ilmiah Lycopodium annotinum diperkenalkan oleh Carolus Linnaeus pada tahun 1753.
