Lycopodium digitatum merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lycopodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada bagian timur hingga Amerika Serikat bagian utara-tengah dan timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan fan clubmoss. Nama ilmiah Lycopodium digitatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Jacob Dillenius pada tahun 1848.
