Lycopus exaltatus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Eropa hingga Siberia selatan dan Himalaya barat. Nama ilmiah Lycopus exaltatus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1782.
