Lysichiton camtschatcensis merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Araceae (suku talas-talasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Rusia Timur Jauh hingga Jepang tengah. Nama ilmiah Lysichiton camtschatcensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Wilhelm Schott pada tahun 1857.
