Lysiloma latisiliquum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan, Florida hingga Kuba. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan false tamarind. Nama ilmiah Lysiloma latisiliquum diperkenalkan oleh George Bentham pada tahun 1875.
