Maackia australis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Guangdong, Hong Kong). Nama ilmiah Maackia australis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Stephen Troyte Dunn pada tahun 1913.
