Macaranga magna merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Fiji (Viti Levu). Nama ilmiah Macaranga magna diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Bertram Turrill pada tahun 1924.
