Macarisia pyramidata merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rhizophoraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Macarisia pyramidata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Louis-Marie Aubert du Petit-Thouars pada tahun 1807.
