Macoubea sprucei merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Panama hingga kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Macoubea sprucei diperkenalkan oleh Johannes Müller Argoviensis pada tahun 1938.
