Macropharynx gigantea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Bolivia utara. Nama ilmiah Macropharynx gigantea diperkenalkan oleh Robert Everard Woodson pada tahun 2017.
