Macrosiphonia lanuginosa merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan plateau rocktrumpet. Nama ilmiah Macrosiphonia lanuginosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Martin Martens pada tahun 1881.
