Macrotyloma rupestre adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Rep. Kongo, RD Kongo, kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan, hingga Namibia. Nama ilmiah Macrotyloma rupestre pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Welwitsch pada tahun 1970.
