Macrozamia spiralis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Zamiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah New South Wales timur. Nama ilmiah Macrozamia spiralis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Anthony Salisbury pada tahun 1842.
