Macrozamia stenomera merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Zamiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah New South Wales timur laut. Nama ilmiah Macrozamia stenomera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Lawrence Alexander Sidney Johnson pada tahun 1959.
