Maerua kaokoensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Capparaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Namibia. Nama ilmiah Maerua kaokoensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wessel Swanepoel pada tahun 2006.
