Maesa pilosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Maesa pilosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Timothy Michael Arthur Utteridge pada tahun 2012.
