Maesa reflexa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Filipina. Nama ilmiah Maesa reflexa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Timothy Michael Arthur Utteridge pada tahun 2000.
