Maesa reinwardtii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Primulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Jawa. Nama ilmiah Maesa reinwardtii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Ludwig Blume pada tahun 1867.
