Magnolia ashtonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra, Kalimantan. Nama ilmiah Magnolia ashtonii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama James Edgar Dandy pada tahun 1987.
