Magnolia delavayi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Sichuan, Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Magnolia delavayi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Adrien René Franchet pada tahun 1889.
