Magnolia gilbertoi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia (Risaralda, Valle del Cauca). Nama ilmiah Magnolia gilbertoi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Gustavo Lozano-Contreras pada tahun 1996.
