Magnolia guanacastensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika. Nama ilmiah Magnolia guanacastensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonio Vázquez pada tahun 2012.
