Magnolia mayae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Chiapas) hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Magnolia mayae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonio Vázquez pada tahun 2012.
