Magnolia mixteca merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Magnolia mixteca diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonio Vázquez pada tahun 2021.
