Magnolia officinalis var. biloba merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China tenggara. Nama ilmiah Magnolia officinalis var. biloba pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alfred Rehder pada tahun 1913.
