Magnolia poqomchi merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Magnolia poqomchi mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020.
