Magnolia poqomchi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Magnolia poqomchi pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020.
