Magnolia pugana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Zacatecas selatan, Jalisco utara). Nama ilmiah Magnolia pugana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hugh Hellmut Iltis pada tahun 2002.
