Magnolia sororum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Chiapas) hingga Panama. Nama ilmiah Magnolia sororum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Russell Jacob Seibert pada tahun 1938.
