Magnolia sororum subsp. lutea merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kosta Rika. Nama ilmiah Magnolia sororum subsp. lutea diperkenalkan oleh Antonio Vázquez pada tahun 1994.
