Magnolia yajlachhi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Magnoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Magnolia yajlachhi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonio Vázquez pada tahun 2019.
