Malacothrix clevelandii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Peru, Argentina (Jujuy dan Salta), hingga Chili utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan cleveland's desertdandelion. Nama ilmiah Malacothrix clevelandii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Lee Greene pada tahun 1876.
