Manothrix nodosa merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Rio de Janeiro). Nama ilmiah Manothrix nodosa diperkenalkan oleh John Miers pada tahun 1878.
