Manulea altissima adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Manulea altissima pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1782.
