Manulea florifera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape timur hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Nama ilmiah Manulea florifera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Olive Mary Hilliard pada tahun 1982.
