Manulea karrooica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Provinsi Cape. Nama ilmiah Manulea karrooica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Olive Mary Hilliard pada tahun 1989.
