Marsilea latzii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Marsileaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Northern Territory (Tanami Desert). Nama ilmiah Marsilea latzii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama David Lloyd Jones pada tahun 1998.
